INSURANCE COMMISSIONER HAS A FLOOD INSURANCE ANNOUNCEMENT
Hershey, PA -- Insurance Commissioner Teresa Miller says Pennsylvania homeowners, who may be facing steeply rising premiums under the federal government's flood insurance program, may be unaware they can get private market flood coverage, in many cases at substantial savings as compared to the federal government coverage. To help these consumers, Commissioner Miller announced the creation and launch of a new webpage, providing a one-stop-shop for information on flood insurance available to Pennsylvania homeowners and renters.
This new webpage is available by going to www.insurance.pa.gov, and clicking on "Flood" under the Coverage title. The webpage has flood insurance links for insurers selling coverage in PA, as well as Pennsylvania licensed insurers selling flood insurance.
All zoning inquiry and permitting is handled by Erin Bisbee. You can reach Erin at the township office 814-663-1663 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org The Wayne Township Zoning Ordinance is available for viewing at the bottom of this page.
